30th Anniversary Pre-order: Availability and Cancellations

This product is available for pre-order. The indicated arrival date is an estimate and depends on the allocation and delivery of units communicated to us by Bandai, our supplier. We do not have a definitive date until we receive their confirmation.

If the unit is already in our warehouse, we prepare the order within 24–48 business hours.
If it is pending receipt, the estimated timeframe may be 7–10 days. If Bandai delays distribution, arrival may be delayed up to 45 days after the initially scheduled date.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

We prepare available orders within a usual period of 24 to 48 business hours. Once shipped, delivery in Spain usually takes between 48 and 72 business hours. Pre-order products are shipped when they become available.

In Spain, standard shipping costs €6.99 for orders under €150.00 and is free for orders of €150.00 or more. For other countries, the cost is displayed before completing the purchase.

We begin preparing orders shortly after they are confirmed.
