Shipping and delivery

We prepare available orders within a usual period of 24 to 48 business hours from order confirmation. Once shipped, delivery in Spain usually takes between 48 and 72 business hours. These are estimated times and may vary depending on the destination or the transport company. Pre-order products will be shipped when they become available; check the date indicated on each product page.

30th Anniversary pre-orders

The arrival date indicated for each product is an estimate and depends on the allocation and receipt of units communicated by Bandai, our supplier. If the unit is already in our warehouse, we prepare the order within 24–48 business hours. If it is still pending receipt, the estimated time may be 7–10 days; when the supplier delays distribution, arrival may be delayed up to 45 days after the initially scheduled date. We will inform you by email when we are aware of any significant change. Once the order is shipped, you will receive the tracking link.

Reservations are processed as firm orders. We can review changes if they have not yet been prepared or allocated, but we do not guarantee cancellations or modifications once the process has started. Legal rights of withdrawal and termination due to delay are respected.

Rates for Spain

• Free shipping on orders of €150.00 or more.
• Standard shipping of €6.99 on orders under €150.00.

The free shipping promotion applies only to Spain. For other destinations, the shipping cost is shown before completing the purchase.

Tracking
