What is the return policy?
You may request a return in accordance with our 30-day policy and your legal rights. Please keep the product and its packaging in good condition and write to us at contacto@tierkards.com with your order number. Return address: Tier Kards SL, C/ Trinquet 8, Local 8E, 43580 Deltebre (Tarragona), Spain. Contact us before sending any items. If an item is opened or handled more than is necessary to verify it, we may assess the loss in value in accordance with applicable regulations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
When will I receive my order?
We process available orders within a standard timeframe of 24 to 48 business hours. Once shipped, delivery within Spain usually takes between 48 and 72 business hours. Pre-order products will be shipped when they become available.
How much is shipping?
In Spain, standard shipping costs €6.99 for orders under €150.00 and is free for orders of €150.00 or more. For other countries, the cost is displayed before completing the purchase.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We begin preparing orders shortly after they are confirmed. If you need to change the address, items, or quantities, please email us as soon as possible at contacto@tierkards.com with your order number. We will be able to review the change if the order has not yet been prepared or shipped and the items are available; once shipped, we cannot modify it. We do not guarantee cancellations during preparation. Cancellation and return requests will be handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable legal rights.
When does my 30th anniversary pre-order arrive?
If your unit is already in our warehouse, we prepare the order within 24–48 business hours. If we are waiting for receipt from Bandai, the estimated timeframe is 7–10 days; a supplier delay may extend the arrival up to 45 days after the date indicated on the product page. We will notify you by email of any relevant changes. A pre-order is a firm commitment: we do not guarantee changes or cancellations once assignment or preparation has begun, without prejudice to your legal rights.
