If an item is opened or handled more than necessary to inspect it, we may assess any loss in value in accordance with applicable regulations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

We prepare available orders within a usual period of 24 to 48 business hours. Once shipped, delivery in Spain usually takes between 48 and 72 business hours. Pre-order products are shipped when they become available.
