What is the return policy?
You can request a return in accordance with our 30-day policy and your legal rights. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
When will I receive my order?
We prepare available orders within a usual period of 24 to 48 business hours. Once shipped, delivery in Spain usually takes between 48 and 72 business hours. Pre-order products are shipped when they become available.
How much is shipping?
In Spain, standard shipping costs €6.99 for orders under €150.00 and is free for orders of €150.00 or more. For other countries, the cost is displayed before completing the purchase.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We begin preparing orders shortly after they are confirmed. If you need to change the address, items, or quantities, please write to us as soon as possible at contacto@tierkards.com with your order number. We will be able to review the change if the order has not yet been prepared or shipped and there is availability; once shipped, we cannot modify it. We do not guarantee cancellations during preparation. Cancellation and return requests will be handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable legal rights.
