You can request a return in accordance with our 30-day policy and your legal rights. Please keep the product and its packaging in good condition and email us at contacto@tierkards.com with your order number. Return address: Tier Kards SL, C/ Trinquet 8, Local 8E, 43580 Deltebre (Tarragona), Spain. Please contact us before sending any items. If an item is opened or handled more than necessary to inspect it, we may assess any loss in value in accordance with applicable regulations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

We prepare available orders within a usual period of 24 to 48 business hours. Once shipped, delivery in Spain usually takes between 48 and 72 business hours. Pre-order products are shipped when they become available.

In Spain, standard shipping costs €6.99 for orders under €150.00 and is free for orders of €150.00 or more. For other countries, the cost is displayed before completing the purchase.
