30th Anniversary Pre-order: Availability and Cancellations

This product is offered as a pre-order. The indicated arrival date is an estimate and depends on the allocation and delivery of units communicated to us by Bandai, our supplier. We do not have a definitive date until we receive their confirmation.

If the unit is already in our warehouse, we prepare the order within 24–48 business hours.
If it is pending receipt, the estimated timeframe may be 7–10 days. If Bandai delays distribution, the arrival may be delayed up to 45 days after the initially scheduled date.

We will notify you via email when we are aware of a significant change and will send you tracking information once the order leaves our warehouse. The reservation is a firm order: please request any address or item changes as soon as possible. We do not guarantee cancellations or modifications once allocation or preparation has begun. Requests for cancellation, withdrawal, or return will be handled in accordance with the refund policy and applicable legal rights. If we are ultimately unable to supply your unit, we will inform you and manage the corresponding refund.

You can request a return in accordance with our 30-day policy and your legal rights. Please keep the product and its packaging in good condition and email us at contacto@tierkards.com with your order number. If an item is opened or handled more than necessary to inspect it, we may assess any loss in value in accordance with applicable regulations.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

We prepare available orders within a usual period of 24 to 48 business hours. Once shipped, delivery in Spain usually takes between 48 and 72 business hours. Pre-order products are shipped when they become available.

In Spain, standard shipping costs €6.99 for orders under €150.00 and is free for orders of €150.00 or more. For other countries, the cost is displayed before completing the purchase.

We begin preparing orders shortly after they are confirmed. If you need to change the address, items, or quantities, please write to us as soon as possible at contacto@tierkards.com with your order number. We will be able to review the change if the order has not yet been prepared or shipped and there is availability; once shipped, we cannot modify it.
